Wijngebied de Jura, tevens ook de provincie in Frankrijk, vormt eigenlijk als het ware de oostflank van de, al eeuwen bekende, wijnstreek Bourgogne, waardoor de Jura soms een beetje werd vergeten. En dat terwijl er in de driehoek van Dijon, Lyon en Geneve al eeuwenlang wijn wordt gemaakt. Met de opkomst van authentieke wijnen met een verhaal, weten onbekende wijnen ook steeds meer ruimt op te eisen in de wijnhandel. Een gebeurtenis waar de Jura zich goed aan optrekt en enorm van profiteert. Dat de Jura al eeuwenlang een grote speler is in de Jura, blijkt wel aan de geschiedenis van wijnhuis. Al maar liefst 9 generaties hebben aan het roer gestaan bij Domaine Baud. Dit maakt Domaine Baud niet alleen een van de oudste wijnhuizen in de regio; het is ook nog een echt wijnhuis welke nog steeds door de familie wordt geleid. En met steeds meer succes. Vin Jaune is het kenmerk van wijngebied de Jura. Het is een licht-oxidatieve wijn die gemaakt is van de lokale Savagnin druif. De druiven worden vergist op RVS en gaan vervolgens op eikenhout van 228 liter. Door deze slechts gedeeltelijk af te vullen, ontstaat er een ‘flor’ laagje; iets wat ook bekend is van de Sherry wijnen. Echter wordt Vin Jaune vele malen complexer. Had for just over 9 years now and still pretty solid

I ordered this chair back in December 2015 for our front office, and it's been moved to our back shop where we fabricate. We're not a gentle work space by any stretch of the imagination; we build stuff and it's messy, lots of tools etc. This chair has held up surprisingly well!
The faux leather is delaminating almost entirely on the seat but honestly, I'd expect that for faux leather on something that is used daily. The seat pad, in my opinion, has gotten de-poofed. So it's not plush anymore but still usable. I've asked the guy that's using it if they want an upgrade/update and they said they like it and don't want to change it out just yet. That's saying something!
The size is nice and wide. We've had a range of differently sized folks sit in the chair over the years and the seat was always comfortable (less now without so much seat poof), I was able to sit cross-legged and the whole chair felt sturdy then as it does now. All of the standards functions you'd want an office chair to do, it can still do: it goes up and down smoothly, it rolls just fine, it's still pivot-reclines comfortably and doesn't feel like it's going to topple. I like it!

Good enough

Comfortable chair. Easy to put together. Allen nuts aren't cut perfectly so sometimes hard to get the wrench in there. My biggest complaint, and I didn't even realize this until I sat down in it, the arm rests are not adjustable and they are a little short for my liking.

I love it!

This chair is so comfy! I also love that it goes up super high (as a tall man it's nice to have the kicking my feet sensation... Lol). It's wider than I imagined and it the first chair with arms that I can fit in as an almost 500 pound dude. The lumbar support is nice and also adjustable, too. The wheels are high quality and move you fast. It was pretty easy to put together, but deff get help from someone to hold pieces in place

Very sturdy and well worth the price!

First, my chair arrived faster than I expected! It was delivered in a well packed box and everything was plainly marked! It assembled very easily as per the instructions. The only thing I would recommend is to have another person available to assist with the installation of the back rest onto the chair. It gets kind of cumbersome for one person, although I did it myself… another tip start all screws before tightening, especially with the arms and the back rest cushion!
It only took me about 25–30 minutes to do the whole thing by myself..
The materials are of good quality, very sturdy and I really like the dual casters as they glide on the floor really nice!
Well, worth the price!!!
