Roero - het gebied waar het bedrijf Negro is gevestigd - is een gebied dat rijk is aan factoren die essentieel zijn voor de productie van kwaliteitswijnen. Het klimaat is gematigd-koud, met een goed temperatuurbereik en relatief lage luchtvochtigheid in vergelijking met nabijgelegen gebieden. Het land gevormd door de overblijfselen van een oude zee bestaat uit zand (tussen 20% en 40%), een goed percentage kalksteen en een beetje klei, waardoor de grond een lichte en doorlatende structuur krijgt. De wijnen die hier vandaan komen hebben een uitgesproken aroma en complexe structuur - niet zwaar, maar met een nauwkeurig en onmiskenbaar karakter. De wijnmakerijen zelf bevinden zich dicht bij de Riveri-bedrijven in het gehucht Sant'Anna en zijn zorgvuldig uitgerust met moderne technologie die past bij oudere beproefde tradities. Het resultaat van dit huwelijk tussen traditie en technologie is een zeer aangename wijn.Vol en zeer krachtig deze Negro Dolcetto D'Alba Cescu
Zoals traditioneel in de teelt op de heuvels van Langhe, is Dolcetto een essentieel element van deze wijn, samen met compacte en goed gestructureerde grond die samengesteld is uit kalk, leisteen en steengruid. De Dolcetto-druif wordt geoogst zodra hij rijp is en het wijnbereidingsproces begint in de tweede of derde week van september. De druiven worden voorzichtig fijngemalen voordat alcoholische gisting plaatsvindt met maceratie na zes tot zeven dagen en een zorgvuldige controle van de temperatuur. Wanneer de wijn eindelijk is getrokken, begint het rijpingsproces. Het jaar daarop wordt tijdens de oogst de Dolcetto d'Alba gebotteld en op de markt gebracht.Shipping Notes

My go-to sublimation paper for crafting

I've used several sublimation papers, and this one has worked really well for my crafting projects. The colors transfer bright and vibrant, and the images come out crisp with good detail when using the proper sublimation printer and ink. The paper feeds smoothly through my printer and feels like a good quality weight—not too thin and not overly thick.
