Wolfberger is een unieke producent van Elzasser wijnen. Het werd officieel al in 1902 opgericht, waarmee het al ruim een eeuw ervaring heeft in het produceren van geweldige wijnen. Wolfberger is vormgegeven als een coöperatie. Dit houdt in dat verschillende lokale wijnboeren de handen ineen slaan om succesvolle wijnen te maken. Inmiddels staat de teller op maar liefst 800 lokale wijnboeren. Hiermee heeft Wolfberger niet alleen een hoop kennis in huis, maar ook de hoeveelheid trossen druiven is hoog. De Pinot Gris is een van de wapenfeiten van de Elzas. Haar zuivere en weelderige smaak kent vele fans over de hele wereld. Deze Hengst Grand Cru Pinot Gris is een wijn uit de buitencategorie. De druiven komen namelijk allemaal van de kleine wijngaard De Hengst, gelegen op de zuidelijke hellingen. Hier gedijt de Pinot Gris optimaal en is deze witte wijn van Wolfberger net dat beetje extra, wat het verschil maakt tussen een goede wijn en een perfecte wijn. High quality and fits well, I just wish the magnets were a little stronger

It looks modern and stylish. The funnel fits my 51mm portafilter very well and does stay put if you're careful inverting it. It's solidly built and feels durable. It greatly helps keep the countertop tidy and allows me to use a large dose before tamping. The one improvement I would ask for is slightly stronger magnets that would hold more securely when I invert it. I tried to place it over the cup of grounds, and the funnel slipped off when I flipped them back over. It kinda works, you just have to be super careful. Better to just pour the grounds into it.

Great for Breville 54mm baskets!

Using Normcore Tamper

This tamper is very easy to use and has a perfect weight thanks to the stainless steel build. It evenly tamps the espresso puck, and the 53.3mm fit works flawlessly with my Breville Espresso machine.
