Sommige oorbellen hebben dat ene effect waardoor je automatisch nog eens in de spiegel kijkt. Aurora in holografisch design is zo’n paar. De boogvorm is strak en modern, maar het holografische effect maakt het helemaal bijzonder. Afhankelijk van het licht zie je een zachte regenboogglans, een koele shimmer of een bijna spiegelend detail. Het blijft elegant, maar het is nooit saai. Dit is statement met een twist.

De vorm is een boog: clean, grafisch en tijdloos. Daardoor kan je Aurora heel makkelijk combineren. Draag ze bij een basic outfit en ze worden meteen je eyecatcher. Combineer ze met een blazer, een feestelijke top of een jurk en je look voelt instant afgewerkt. Met een formaat van ongeveer 3,5 cm bij 2,6 cm zijn ze duidelijk aanwezig, maar nog steeds super draagbaar. Groot genoeg om op te vallen, klein genoeg om elke dag te kunnen dragen als je daar zin in hebt.

Zoals al mijn oorbellen wordt ook deze Aurora 100% met de hand gemaakt in mijn atelier in Anzegem. Ik werk op een basis van zwart acryl en bouw het ontwerp zorgvuldig op zodat het holografische design mooi tot zijn recht komt. Daarna werk ik alles af met UV-hars. Die afwerking geeft een gladde, glanzende finish, zorgt voor extra diepte en beschermt het oppervlak zodat je oorbellen lang mooi blijven. Het is die laatste laag die Aurora haar "glass-like" shine geeft en het holografische effect nog mooier laat spelen.

En natuurlijk: comfort is geen detail, maar een must. Acryl is super lichtgewicht, waardoor je statement oorbellen kan dragen zonder zware oren. Aurora voelt verrassend licht aan, zelfs als ze er bold uitziet. Ook als je gevoelige oren hebt, zit je goed: de oorstekers zijn gemaakt van hypoallergeen RVS, wat helpt om irritatie te vermijden en zorgeloos te dragen.

Aurora is gemaakt voor dagen waarop je zin hebt in iets moderns, iets glanzends en iets dat net anders is. Een boog die je look kracht geeft, en een holografische shimmer die je laat stralen bij elke beweging.

At 75, foundation can be a real challenge, too heavy and it settles into fine lines, looking caked on, and it will make you look way older than you are! It has a noticeable luminous finish that reads as "shiny" on my skin, and it won't do much to conceal age spots (though honestly, I'm fully aware, that's not what a tinted moisturizer is designed for.) A dab of concealer handles my brown spots and for the shine, a light dusting of mineral powder does the trick. The SPF is of course, a big bonus. If you're an active outdoors person who wants effortless, natural-looking light coverage without the weight of a foundation, this is it.

Doesn’t stink, not super thick and minimal white cast

The product is a lot thinner than other sunblocks. VERY creamy! The tint is sheer but it’s less sheer than I actually thought. I do consider myself to have very sensitive dry/combo skin and am in the process of repairing a damaged skin barrier. This didn’t itch or burn or anything. I did notice it started pulling after rubbing it in so much but I did kinda rush my morning routine this morning. I’ll update if it wasn’t my bad. Update: it’s been 5 hrs since I applied it. It’s definitely not going to be doubling as a moisturizer. I don’t feel like it’s dehydrated but it’s not moisturizing like other sun screen has been. But maybe just expected it to since it’s cerave but it’s not marketed as such. But that’s ok with me bc I’m more worried about the SPF part of the product. Shade: at first I didn’t notice bc I was just indoors…. But it has enough tint for someone to notice the change in skin tone between my face and body so now I’m going to need to order the light one
