Voor het frame van de ronde Bumi wandspiegel zijn stevige rotanvezels in een radiale vorm gerangschikt. Ervaren vakmensen moeten het rotan eerst krachtig verwarmen zodat het flexibel en bewerkbaar wordt. Zo ontstaat na een langdurig productieproces een prachtige, opvallende spiegel.
Bumi is bijzonder praktisch bij u thuis in de entree: het geeft gasten een geweldige eerste indruk als ze uw huis binnenkomen en u kunt snel controleren of uw haar en make-up goed zitten voordat u naar buiten gaat. Onze producten zijn kunstig vervaardigde individuele stukken. Ze kunnen enigszins variëren in grootte, kleur en vorm als gevolg van de handmatige productie en natuurlijke variaties in materialen.

Hoofdmateriaal: rotan
Onze spiegels zijn gemaakt van plantaardige vezels. Ze ruiken en voelen daarom heerlijk naar de natuur.
Rotanpalmen groeien meestal in grote aantallen in dichte bossen, waar ze worden beschouwd als invasieve planten, ruimte innemen van andere planten en veel voedingsstoffen uit de bodem halen. De stengels, die zonder chemische toevoegingen snel groeien, moeten regelmatig worden afgesneden en kunnen na het droogproces worden gebruikt als materiaal voor meubels en manden. Dit maakt rotan tot een uiterst duurzaam materiaal dat in overvloed verkrijgbaar is.

Deze spiegel is handgemaakt in Java, Indonesië.
Bij de selectie van onze lokale producenten hechten wij waarde aan een eerlijk loon en goede arbeidsomstandigheden. In de fabrieken waar we onze goederen kopen, werken we alleen met volwassen en ervaren ambachtslieden. Bij het productieproces worden geen schadelijke chemicaliën gebruikt. Omdat alle werkstappen met de hand worden uitgevoerd, genereert het productieproces nauwelijks uitstoot van broeikasgassen. Dit alles verzekeren wij door regelmatige bezoeken ter plaatse en permanent persoonlijk contact met de bedrijven.

Good size for everyday use.
Comfy size. You can put your tablet in with ease, has plenty of pocket space for accessories. Fabric is water resistant. The appearance is exactly how it shows as advertised. Good quality which is worth the money. I use it for my Pixel 11 tablet.

Cute, functional, and well-made
I've had this for a while, and would actually like a larger one too for my laptop. This is very well made, with durable fabric, strong zippers and great padding. I can easily fit my Galaxy Tab S9 in its protective case in the padded section inside, my old Kindle Oasis with cover in the zipper sleeve outside, my Galaxy S23 Ultra, also in its case in the slim magnetic pocket outside. It also holds my charging cords, adapter and earbuds in the case. It fits a lot and is not bulky and easily slips into a tote. I'm glad I picked this up, and when it's not moving around, it's useful just for storing cords and accessories.

Not using this yet, but from examining it, this laptop sleeve appears sturdy and durable. The padded protection looks solid for keeping a MacBook safe.
