  • In de wijngaard: Gaarden gelegen in Coteaux de Tupin, verspreid over 1 hectare. Terroir van gneis en rijk aan kwarts. Gaarden gelegen op het zuidoosten op hellingen van 50°. Gaarden aangeplant tussen 1941 en 1997. Oogst met de hand. Biologische, biodynamische landbouw.
  • In de kelder: Druiven worden direct na de oogst in een kamer van 8°C opgeslagen gedurende 24 uur zodat de schilletjes strakker en steviger worden. Macération carbonique  gedurende 15 dagen op de schil en de eigen, natuurlijke gisten gevolgd door 24 maanden rijping op 10-jaar oud eiken houten vaten uit het Jupille bos. Ongefilterd. Zonder toevoeging van sulfiet.
