De PowerBand van het merk Booster is gemaakt voor thuis of sportschool gebruik. Ook zeer gelieft onder de Personal Trainers (PT).

Met de Power Band maak je elke work-out uitdagender. Bevestig de weerstandsband bijvoorbeeld aan een halterstang tijdens het uitvoeren van squats, zodat je een grotere krachtsinspanning moet leveren. Ook is het mogelijk om de power band om jouw benen of armen te doen en aan de slag te gaan met diverse spierversterkende oefeningen. Als de band uitrekt, ontstaat er meer weerstand en wordt de oefening zwaarder. Tip: zoek online naar oefeningen met de weerstandsband, er is genoeg te kiezen voor zowel beginners als gevorderden!
