Je werkt aan een moederbord en je moet underfill of een oude soldeerpad rond een BGA-chip verwijderen zonder de printplaat te beschadigen. De 2uul DA28 set bevat vijf ultradunne messen van hoog hardheidsstaal, speciaal ontworpen voor vlak snijden zonder schade aan omliggende componenten. De ultradunne tip glijdt onder chips en kleine componenten waar standaard messen niet bij kunnen. Compatibel met 2UUL-handgreepsystemen voor een veilige installatie. Ideaal voor microsoldeerwerk aan BGA, CPU en NAND op PCB's met hoge dichtheid. Door de roestvrije staalkwaliteit blijven de messen scherp, zelfs bij continu gebruik.
