De productiewijze van PE-naalden: vakmanschap in elke tak

Onze premium kunstkerstbomen worden gemaakt met gegoten PE-naalden – de meest realistische manier om de natuurlijke uitstraling van een echte kerstboom na te bootsen. In plaats van platte kunststofstroken, worden de naalden bij ons individueel gegoten in speciale mallen, gebaseerd op echte dennentakken.

Met behulp van spuitgiettechniek wordt gesmolten polyethyleen (PE) in deze mallen geïnjecteerd. Zo ontstaan naalden met een ronde vorm, subtiele kleurverschillen en een zachte, flexibele structuur die bijna niet van echt te onderscheiden is.

Dit proces kost meer tijd en vakmanschap, maar levert een resultaat op dat zich onderscheidt van gewone kunstbomen:

  • Natuurgetrouw uiterlijk – elke naald lijkt geplukt van een echte den.

  • Duurzaam en stevig – de naalden behouden jarenlang hun vorm en kleur.

  • Zacht en veilig – geen scherpe randjes of harde plastic strips.

MONTAGE

Onze kunstkerstbomen bestaan uit meerdere delen + de standaard. Het monteren is eenvoudig: begin met het plaatsen van het breedste deel in de standaard en bouw vervolgens stap voor stap verder naar boven. Wanneer de boom staat, kun je de takken uitvouwen en in de gewenste vorm brengen. Neem de tijd, begin onderaan en werk naar boven voor het beste resultaat.

OPSLAG EN ONDERHOUD

Onze kunstkerstboom kan zo worden opgeborgen dat je er vele jaren plezier van hebt. Demonteer de boom van boven naar beneden. Vergeet niet eerst de stekker uit het stopcontact te halen. Nadat de onderdelen uit elkaar zijn gehaald, leg je ze netjes terug in de doos. Onderhoud is niet nodig voor onze kunstkerstbomen. Zorg er enkel voor dat stekker en kabels vrij liggen en niet bekneld raken of beschadigd worden. Dan heb je de boom weer klaar voor de volgende kerst.

Great WFH screen for video calls

These panels also hide any mess behind you, especially if you forget to blur the background on Teams or Zoom calls or if you don’t have the option to change your backgrounds. This was fairly easy to put together and very easy to move and adjust. The screen is a much better option than a sheet as I’ve seen others use on calls.🤦🏻‍♀️😂 I’m not sure how it will stand up around rambunctious pets or kids, but fairly certain it takes quite a push to knock it over. We have four cats & I’m pretty sure someone would try to climb this, which is why they’re not allowed in our workspace.

Difficult to assemble, but a good basic divider

I bought this to use as a background for when I have video calls. I wish I'd ordered the 6- or even 8-panel to block a little more, but that's my own error. It still covers a good portion of the room, so I'll make do, or maybe buy another at a later date to expand it. It looks ok, if a little plain. The fabric panels have creases in them from being folded and will need to be steamed or ironed out for a nicer look. It would be easy to make your own panels as well, if you're so inclined. The construction is decent. The frame is lightweight and if you don't angle the base supports the right way it may tip over if you extend it too far. The fabric panels aren't the highest quality, but are sturdy enough. They seem like they would handle being thrown in the wash well. The only issue I have with it is that it was so difficult to put together. The push latches that connect the poles don't push it well and hurt my hands. The fabric panels are sized to be extremely taut, which makes it very difficult to get them on the bars without forcing the bar to bend slightly. Overall, this is a good divider if you're looking for something simple and functional without being too worried about aesthetic. It's also a good, inexpensive base if you want to make your own custom panels.

Item is as described however this one appeared to be open and some parts possibly used. Example pole packaging mislabeled one had the letter K as a part there is no letter K item in the instructions. Another pole part had a taped on letter A which is completely different from the others thus indicating that it was opened or substituted. Finally after the partition was completely put together one of the bottom screw connection anchors came out making the partition unable to stand. I'm going to have to rig something up in order to get the anchor connected to the bottom panel. In closure the partion could be very acceptable and do the job if it was new and parts labeled correctly. I have pictures of all parts and packaging errors. Would buy again if new. I'm going to pursue some kind of compensation.
