Bekend van hun eigen projecten Pip Blom en Personal Trainer, besloot het koppel hun krachten samen te smelten.

Na jaren succes met hun eigen bands, kwam er dan eindelijk tijd vrij voor de wens om samen muziek uit te brengen. Het resultaat is een frisse, intieme en gritty combinatie die zich in oktober 2025 uitmondt in hun debuutalbum Long Fling. De eerste single Flung liet al horen hoe hun stemmen en stijlen elkaar perfect aanvullen. Het zullen de onderwerpen zijn die zij zelf vanuit hun dagelijks leven implementeren in hun quirky, en eigenzinnige gitaar-en-drumcomputer-anthems over sokken, schoenen en thuisblijven.

Live maakte Long Fling indruk tijdens hun eerste shows, onder meer bij London Calling in Paradiso en later op End of the Road Festival en Best Kept Secret. De chemie tussen Pip en Willem, vormt de kern van dit project. Waar hun eerste schrijfproces nog zoeken was, groeide het uit tot een gedeelde creatieve drijfveer vol energie, liefde en experiment.

De oplage van deze 7” single is gelimiteerd en genummerd.

Purchased the “cropped” length. I am 5ft 3.5 inch. Weight 170lbs (42 inch hip/38 inch waist) normally wear a size 10/12 or 31 in jeans, depending on the brand. I ordered up at 14 for these based on other reviewers. (When held up to other jeans they were the same as a Talbots 10 at the waist) Prewash they felt good, a little big& length hit at the top of my foot. After wash and dry, the fit was almost perfect and the length was at lower ankle. Ordering up is probably the right choice, although I think I could have been comfortable in a 12 (with no drying). They are a tad bit too long for a “cropped” look IMO. The wide leg is a true wide leg and falls straight from the waist. The material is heavy and there is almost no give/stretch - so a traditional denim. This is the dark blue and it is a true dark blue. You can’t beat the price, excellent value.
