Questo assemblaggio tradizionale nasce da parcelle selezionate su suoli porfirici e calcarei, coltivate in biodinamica. La fermentazione avviene con lieviti indigeni, parte in grandi botti di legno e parte in acciaio, seguita da un lungo affinamento sulle fecce fini. Il risultato è un vino profondo e stratificato, capace di unire freschezza alpina, struttura e grande potenziale evolutivo.

Great walking shoes
