They carry the red Sox in that ball around for days before actually tearing the ball out of the sack. If you sold the balls inside the red Sacks, I would buy them. My Westie LOVES these toys. She is obsessed. You need to know, going in, that the squeakers last about 15 minutes and then they are dead. Out of a dozen of these toys, it's happened every time. That's the bad news. The good news is that the toys are light weight and durable enough to endure tug of war. You can toss them in the house with little fear of breaking anything they might hit. The little rubber nubs seem to encourage chewing and our vet says that my dog has beautiful teeth because these toys act as a toothbrush for her. I would say most terriers are active and heavy chewers and so far none of these toys have been destroyed by her chewing. So if your dog will continue to play fetch even though the (beloved) squeaker is dead, these are great toys. Look for the multi packs like this one. The individually sold toys are much more expensive per unit than buying a bag of toys like this offering and the toys are exactly the same.
