Zuiver en complexe natuur rosé van Christian Tschida. Christian is zo af en toe iet wat geheimzinnig over hoe hij zijn prachtige wijnen produceert. Soms zelfs over de gebruikte druifsoorten. Waar wel graag duidelijk over verteld wordt, is zijn free-run methode. Hierbij worden de druiven dus niet geperst maar puur door zwaartekracht geplet waardoor enkel het aller, áller lekkerste sap gebruikt wordt. Met als gevolg een zachte, kruidige en complexe rosé vol rijpe kersjes, zwarten bessen, framboos, granaatappel, bloedsinaasappel en marsepein.

This "valet" organizer, which is the first time I've heard that term for a product like this, is nearly perfect. I would have preferred the pad be built into the piece, however the angle of it does make it easy to grab opposed to using your finger(s) to pry it up.
