De Bodegas Anadas CARE Garnacha Blanca Nativa 2025 is een witte wijn uit de DO Cariñena en laat zien dat Garnacha niet alleen als rode druif excelleert. Wat typeert Garnacha Blanca uit Cariñena? De druif combineert aromatische rijkdom met structuur, zeker wanneer ze afkomstig is van arme, rotsachtige bodems zoals hier het geval is.

De wijn maakt deel uit van het CARE-project, waarbij CARE verwijst naar de oude Romeinse naam voor Cariñena én naar de zorg waarmee het wijnhuis elke stap van wijngaard tot vinificatie benadert.

Herkomst: DO Cariñena, Aragón

De wijngaarden liggen in Aragón binnen de DO Cariñena.

Druif en vinificatie

Garnacha Blanca – DO Cariñena, Aragón
Garnacha Blanca is de witte variant van Garnacha en staat bekend om haar aromatische kracht en ronde textuur.

De druiven ondergaan een koude maceratie van circa 18 uur met schilcontact om aroma’s te extraheren. De alcoholische vergisting vindt plaats in conische roestvrijstalen tanks bij gecontroleerde temperaturen tussen 15 en 18 °C. Vervolgens rijpt de wijn twee maanden op Franse eikenhouten vaten.

Karakter en stijl

In het glas toont deze Garnacha Blanca Nativa een strogele kleur. In de neus vind je een breed scala aan bloemen, aromatische kruiden, citrus en tonen van gerijpt exotisch fruit. In de mond is de wijn vol, met een licht olieachtige structuur en een evenwichtige balans. De afdronk is elegant en aanhoudend.

Serveer rond 10–12 °C om frisheid en textuur optimaal tot hun recht te laten komen.

Bodegas Anadas werd opgericht in 1935 en is een van de oudste familiebedrijven in de DO Cariñena. Het wijnhuis produceert voornamelijk Garnacha-wijnen onder het CARE-label, waarbij exclusiviteit, innovatie en respect voor terroir centraal staan. De etiketten, ontworpen door Enrique Torrijos, symboliseren zon en bodem en benadrukken de identiteit van de regio.

In my opinion, this book is really well written with a flowing and progressing layout. The chapters build up from the basics of digital forensics walking through all the core concepts up until specialized areas of digital forensics such as dead box forensics , network investigations, and online and #OSINT investigations. Not only does the book give comprehensive information on all the key aspects of digital forensics such as searching, analyzing, acquiring, and securing digital evidence but it also provides its readers a taste of how it is like conducting digital forensics examinations in a professional setting such as law enforcement. Piecing together theoretical knowledge with the professional settings the knowledge will be utilized in, the author made sure to include key details such as the different types of graphical evidence examiners may encounter such as child sexual assault, the importance of chain of custody if the case were to go to trial, forensically sound examination environments and how you must maintain control of the environment and much more. Not only does the book cover in detail the foundations of digital forensics but it also covers some of the advanced topics such as RAM forensics, internet evidence, cloud computing, and OSINT investigations. These topics build on the foundations discussed earlier in the book and are very critical as real-life cases usually encompass most of these intricacies. Understanding what evidence may be discovered in each of these locations and how to use the tools are very critical for a successful career as a digital forensic analyst. This was a welcome read, being so many want to get into this space and are unaware of the atrocities they may find. Whether you're just starting out in computer forensics or want to expand your knowledge of digital forensics. This is an excellent addition to your reading list.
