In bocca è morbido e fruttato, sostenuto da una bella acidità che bilancia e rinvigorisce la beva.Un vino particolare e intrigante che combina eleganza, ricchezza ed energia in un sorso molto bevibile e appagante. La vendemmia avviene solo a completa maturazione delle uve, raccolte e selezionate manualmente direttamente in vigna. Fermenta a contatto con le bucce con frequenti follature giornaliere e invecchia in legno di rovere per circa 23 mesi, prima di concludere l'affinamento in bottiglia per un periodo di 6 mesi. Got this for my wife to use on a trip, this thick cushion makes it feel safe and has a simple look to it but is still nice. Only one zipper so can't really lock it but it's small enough to where you can fit it pretty much anywhere with a lock already
