Description of the vintage :
The first vintage marketed by the property since the purchase was the 2017 vintage

Vineyard :
It is on the plateau of Aspic and Becades that the 22 hectares of vines are aligned. The 65% Cabernet Sauvignon and 35% Merlot are planted in the gravelly soil typical of the Medoc. The vines are, on average, 35 years old and enjoy an advantageous location. Exposed to the Bordeaux sun for a long period of time, the pebbles allow the heat of the day to be restored during the night. The viticulture is traditional and the use of inputs has been drastically reduced. These are charming and pleasant wines that reveal themselves after 18 months of maturation.

Owner(s) and history :
The Cazes family, also owners of Lynch Bages and Ormes de Pez acquired the property in March 2017. They present their ambition for the property.
