Le uve nebbiolo, in seguito alla fermentazione spontanea in acciaio, con esclusivamente lieviti indigeni, affinano in acciaio per alcuni mesi. Ne risulta un vino di grande piacevolezza, in cui si evidenziano sentori fruttati e succosità, dal sorso invitante e dalla grande versatilità di abbinamento.

Not very durable
It took my dog less than 5 minutes to chew off one side of handle. The rest of the ball seems to be durable with him chewing and playing with it. Very disappointing since wanted to use the handle for tug a war with dog.
