Het speelgoed past goed in kleine babyhandjes en is heerlijk zacht. Elke van de 5 handvatten heeft een ander materiaal en prikkelt zo de tastzin. De rammelaar in het hoofd van Jack de leeuw stimuleert het gehoor, en tussen de handvatten hoor je knisperend papier.

Maar Jack is niet alleen: in de buik van Jack zit namelijk nog een rammelaar in de vorm van een papegaaitje verstopt. Om papegaai Gilles te pakken zul je tussen de handvaten door moeten grijpen, wat helpt bij de ontwikkeling van de motoriek. I bought this set to replace a stainless steel set I have after the nickel in the stainless steel cookware starting leeching into my food and causing some pretty severe reactions. I made sure to read the instructions that came with this ceramic-coated cookware before use, and made a note to not heat it on high - I have cast iron for that anyway. I appreciate how light weight this cookware is, and how easy it is to clean with soap and water - I don't put my cookware in the dishwasher. So far it appears to work well making sauces, heating vegetables, cooking pasta, but I do have to plan a little extra time to get water to boil, of course. One thought for the designers - it would be helpful if the lids fit more than 1 pot. It would be nice, for instance, for the large pot lid to fit the large skillet for sauces that need to simmer and/or reduce for a while. Overall, this cookware is an extremely good value and I'd purchase it again.
