Deze gestructureerde wijn combineert uitstekend met gegrild rood vlees, bij wildgerechten, maar ook klassieke stoofschotels versterken de zachte, rijpe tannines van de wijn. Voor kaasliefhebbers zijn gerijpte kazen, een ideale match. Om de wijn optimaal tot zijn recht te laten komen, wordt hij best gedecanteerd en geserveerd tussen 16-18°C. Château Lilian Ladouys 2018 is nu al heerlijk op dronk, maar heeft ook het potentieel om nog verder te rijpen en zich de komende jaren nog verder te ontwikkelen.
