Ingredienten
Glucosaminesulfaat 2KCl (39,5%), chondroïtinesulfaat (22,6%), methylsulfonylmethaan (MSM) (14,1%), vulstof: cellulose, geleermiddelen: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, schellak, kleurstof: calciumcarbonaat, glansmiddel: vetzuren, emulgator: vernette natriumcarboxymethylcellulose, vitamine C, mangaancitraat.
Gebruik
2 à 4 tabletten per dag. Te nemen bij de maaltijd met wat water.Niet gebruiken tijdens de zwangerschap en borstvoedingsperiode.Niet gebruiken wanneer men een kaliumarm dieet volgt.

Great info TINY BOOK
Format: Paperback
There’s small, and then there’s this book. It’s true that this is a pocket size book. Look at the dimensions and then imagine 6pt font. Giving it four stars because info is great- succinct, useful, and up to date! But taking away one star because it should come with a magnifying lens.

In paper, excellent, as Kindle book, useless
I've used this book, in early editions, in paper (remember that?), for years. Excellent pocket manual. But as a Kindle book, it's useless, unless you have Superman's microscopic vision.
