De 2M-serie wordt met 2 verschillende body's geleverd. De Silver, Bronze & Black hebben spoeltjes met een combinatie van 99,9999 % zuiver zilver en koper. De overige uitvoeringen hebben spoeltjes met alleen zuiver koper. Een beter element is echter voor meer dan 95% een betere naald en alle 2M naalden kunnen op alle 2M elementbody's worden toegepast. De invloed van de nog betere body is dan ook realtief klein en feitelijk alleen met de topnaalden hoorbaar.

De goedkopere 2M-naalden kunnen op het element worden toegepast, maar daarmee levert het element wel een belangrijk deel van zijn geweldige kwaliteit in. De "RED" naald is de goedkoopste uit de serie en heeft een "in model geperste" diamanttip, artikelnummer 406830. De "Silver" heeft een elliptisch geslepen diamanttip, onder artikelnummer 406914. De "Blue" naald is de beste uit de instap-reeks en heeft een elliptisch geslepen “Naked Diamond” naald, artikelnummer 406832.

Dan komen we bij de 2M-eredivisie ! De oorspronkelijke "Bronze" naald heeft een geslepen "Fine-Line Naked Diamond” topnaald (Ortofon's eigen Shibata-like slijping) en het artikelnummer is 406834. De "Black", heeft een nog beter presterende Shibata geslepen “Naked Diamond” topnaald en die vind je onder onder nummer 406836 én de absolute topper van de reeks, de "Black/LVB250", heeft eveneens van een "Shibata geslepen Naked Diamond topnaald", gelepen uit een loepzuivere natuur-diamant en geplaatst op een boron cantilever. Het artikelnummer daarvan is 406583.

This gives out very small puffs of glitter when depressing the pump. The glitter is as expected, but it would be more efficient to just open the dispenser with how little this pumps out. Fine, dry glitter in a puff spray bottle

This works well if, and only if, you know exactly what it is and if it'll work for your application. This glitter comes with no adhesive or stickiness in it. It is not like a glitter stick, or glitter makeup. It is dry glitter in a spray bottle. The spray pattern is very narrow, so if you want to spray it onto a piece of paper or you body, it will show up in a clump. It does not have an airy spray pattern. To use this, you need to add some stickiness to the surface you want it to stick to first. Something like glue on paper or some sort of sticky thing on your skin that won't sink in. If regular lotion sinks in, the glitter will just fall off. So petroleum jelly or something that sits on top works best. Also, if you want it spread out instead of in little clumps as it comes out of the spray bottle, you'll have to move it around manually. On some level, to be entirely honest, I'm not sure this application method is better than loose glitter. With loose glitter, at least I can manually sprinkle it and not get a giant blob like with the spray. Also, some little bits get loose with the spray, and loose glitter in a house is just asking for forever glitter. I'm deducting one star simply because the spray delivery mechanism isn't very useful, and can actually be a liability. Unlike some spray glitters with propellant and adhesive that are more like spray paint and have a more spray paint application profile. This manual puff method just doesn't work well with glitter.
