Het belang van vitamine D voor de botten is bekend. Recente onderzoeken hebben aangetoond dat de combinatie van vitamine K2 als vitamine MK7 en vitamine D3 effectiever is dan elke voedingsstof alleen. Vitamine K2 en D3 hebben een sterk synergetische werking.
Proviform Vitamine K2 - 180 mcg en D3 - 25 mcg is een volledig natuurlijk product met 100% natuurlijke hulpstoffen.
Het menselijk lichaam produceert zelf vitamine D3 mits de huid voldoende wordt blootgesteld aan zonlicht. Vooral in de wintermaanden lukt dat niet altijd voldoende. Onderzoekers schatten in dat 40% van de 50-plussers een tekort heeft aan deze ‘sunshine’ vitamine. Behalve vette vissoorten zijn er maar weinig voedingsmiddelen die vitamine D bevatten.
Er is zeer veel onderzoek gedaan naar de functies van vitamine D3 in het lichaam. Hieruit is gebleken dat vitamine D veel meer functies heeft dan werd verondersteld. Ingredienten
vitamine D3, vitamine K2, vegetarische pullulan capsule, vulstof (rijstextract), anti-klontermiddel (rijst-concentraat).
Gebruik
1 capsule per dag tijdens de maaltijd met water innemen. Dit voedingssupplement is niet geschikt voor kinderen tot en met 10 jaar.Overleg bij gebruik van coumarinederivaten (antistollingsmiddelen zoals acenocoumarol en fenprocoumon) eerst met een arts alvorens vitamine K2 te gebruiken.

Great glitter body spray

So cute. Came with extra glitter, I’m assuming lipgloss you can make into glitter lipgloss, a funnel to help pour the glitter. Or re load your spray. The spray performance is nice. Might stick better with some oil before hand? But I like it so far. Worked 6 hours and still had glitter on me for my photoshoot. I sprayed perfume and then glitter. There’s no odor. The amount of quantity of glitter you get seems good for the price. Durability seems good so far but like I said may need some oil or lotion first to help it stick all day.

Glitter with staying power

Super fun and sparkly, the color is beautiful, it comes with 2 glue tubes with brushes that you use to rub the glue onto your skin in order for the sparkle to stick better and longer, made a heart shape on my arm, dries fairly quickly and washes off easily when you're done with it
It sprays a fine layer and evenly, it's great for building on for more sparkle or to just have a light layer
Even without the glue it lasts at least a couple hours with minimal shedding and light use, seems to have good longevity
With 2 glue tubes, a refill tub, funnel and the glitter spray bottle I feel $10 is a great value considering everything you get with it, Overall I feel like it's a fantastic product and will buy again!
