Graças à fermentação e secagem controladas, o café mantém os seus aromas únicos e contribui para o emprego local e o manuseamento cuidadoso dos recursos naturais.

Nas colinas de Bruselas, Huila, a quase dois mil metros de altitude, encontra-se a Finca El Diviso. Aqui, Jonathan Alexis Delgado Zúñiga produz um café distinto com notas cítricas e uma doçura suave. O perfil de sabor é fresco e vibrante, com uma acidez brilhante e suculenta e um corpo redondo.

As bagas são colhidas manualmente no ponto perfeito de maturação. Após uma fase oxidativa, segue-se uma longa fermentação anaeróbica, finalizada com uma lavagem única em água quente. Este calor fixa os aromas que se desenvolveram durante a fermentação. A secagem controlada com desumidificadores garante um resultado puro e equilibrado com um subtil retrogosto de camomila.

The only down side to having this with a large monitor is that it will block out a window completely. I had to buy a gaming light and install it from behind to give light to the front of the desk. Now my desk is fabulous. Great product but make sure that your desk is large enough to house this monitor riser as it is large. It does go on sale occasionally. So you can put a watch on the stand and purchase it when the price drops.
