Al palato è di corpo e strutturato, asciutto e persistente.Il comune di Vinchio appartiene a una delle aree più vocate per la coltivazione del vitigno barbera, ed è proprio da lì che provengono le uve con cui la cantina Oddero ottiene il Nizza DOCG Vinchio d'Asti. Dopo la fermentazione, matura parte in botti di rovere e parte in barrique per 18 mesi, per poi essere assemblato in primavera e imbottigliato in estate. È equilibrato e armonico, molto elegante e avvolgente.
Il Barbera d'Asti Superiore DOCG Vinchio d'Asti trova la sua massima espressione se abbinato a piatti ricchi, carne rossa e formaggi a pasta molle. Ottimo con la bagna cauda.

Quality biltong
Biltong is the beef jerky i grew up eating… so nothing else really compares. These people do a bang up job. Expensive but worth it as a treat or a gift for someone who likes quality jerky without all the extra preservatives.
