Deze softboard ondervloerplaten worden geproduceerd in een nat productieprocedé waarbij houtvezels met water in een vormingsmachine worden gemengd en tot 7 mm dikte gepompt. De ontstane vezelmat gaat door een droogtunnel waar de binding tussen houtvezels tot stand komt via natuurlijke kleefstoffen in het hout zelf. Geen lijmen, kunstmatige bindmiddelen of formaldehyde toegevoegd. Volledig milieuvriendelijk en biologisch afbreekbaar.
