Deze agave soort groeit alleen in bepaalde regios zoals Miahuatlan, Oaxaca. De Sueos Bicuixe wordt gedistilleerd in koperen ketels en heeft een erg rijke smaak. Op de voorgrond proef je aromas van grassige en rokerige tonen van de gekookte agave , opgevolgd met zoete en kruidige hinten van honing en peper.
