Onze vanillestokjes zijn van de hoogste kwaliteit Madagaskische ‘Grade A’ Vanille. Ze zijn extra groot, wel 14-18 cm lang. Vanille uit Madagaskar staat bekend om zijn bloemige en fruitige smaken.

De smaak van vanille wordt vaak omschreven als een warme, romige, boterachtige smaak. De in Madagaskar geteelde peulen kunnen op verschillende manieren worden gebruikt om een pure intense smaak van vanille te geven in toepassingen zoals ijs, crème brulee, gebakken cake, glazuur, desserts, vla, gebak, crèmes en dranken.

Het is geschikt voor veganisten, vegetariërs, het is glutenvrij en niet genetisch gemodificeerd.


Hoe te gebruiken: De sterkste smaak zit in de peul in de vorm van duizenden geurige vanillezaadjes. Gebruik een scherp mes om de peul in de lengte te splitsen zodat de vanillezaadjes bloot komen te liggen, schraap de zaadjes eruit en gebruik ze zoals voorgeschreven in het recept. Je kunt het buitenste bonenstokje hergebruiken, het kan in een pot met suiker, siroop of een andere vloeistof worden gedaan om het te doordrenken met vanillesmaak.

Ingrediënten: Vanille uit Madagaskar. De bonen zijn minimaal 14 cm lang.

I really really wanted to enjoy this book and was looking forward to reading it. However there were just one too many convoluted plot points, sentences just did not flow nicely at times, and I was left with a lot of confusion on my end. I think it has the bones of being a great story but seems like it was rushed and I had to push myself to finish the last of the book and was left with an unsatisfying ending. It’s definitely different from other omegaverse novels I’ve read but not for good reasons. I really think it could be great but needs some serious tweaking and editing before I’d read it again.
