Gebruiksinstructie
Snuit zachtjes uw neus voorafgaand aan de toediening;
Verwijder de dop en houd de neusspray losjes vast tussen duim en wijsvinger
Vóór het eerste gebruik eenmaal in de vrije ruimte sprayen om luchtbellen uit het pompsysteem te verwijderen;
Houd vervolgens met een vinger één neusgat dicht en hang uw hoofd etwat schuin voorover (zie illustratie);
Breng het neusstuk tot 1 cm in het open neusgat en adem rustig uit door de mond;
Druk vervolgens, terwijl u rustig inademt via uw open neusgat, de spraypomp in;
Houd hierna uw hoofd nog altijd gebogen en haal rustig adem door uw mond voor 10 tot 20 seconden. Dit zorgt ervoor dat de neusspray in optimaal contact komt met het neusslijmvlies;
Reinig de vernevelaar na gebruik met lauwwarm water en/of ontsmettingsalcohol om verontreiniging tegen te gaan;
Samenstelling
Een dosis van de neusspray bevat 150 microgram vitamine B12.
Dat is het equivalent van 5400% van de aanbevolen dagelijkse hoeveelheid (ADH). De adviesdosering van Pronofit B12 is niet meer dan één spray per dag.
