Il colore è rosso granato, delicato ed elegante. Eccellente lassaggio, dominato da tannini robusti che spingono a dimenticarlo in cantina per un paio danni, e promettono di sorreggerlo per almeno un decennio.Il più immediato tra i Barolo della cantina Principiano Ferdinando, è questo Barolo del Comune di Serralunga dAlba DOCG, che tra gli altri è quello che per primo si mette a nudo mostrando la propria anima. Fermenta con i soli lieviti autoctoni, riposa per due anni in botti di legno e non contiene solfiti aggiunti. Naturale e sincero, è davvero un gran bel bere.
Strutturati e saporiti sono i piatti che richiede in abbinamento questo Barolo del Comune di Serralunga dAlba DOCG di Principiano Ferdinando. Ottimo per accompagnare le seconde portate a base di carne, è da provare con lo stracotto di manzo al Barbaresco.
