We hebben dus besloten om opnieuw Quarter Casks te produceren om terug die heerlijke smaak te bekomen die eruit voortkomt.
De rijpende Laphroaig uit onze grote vaten hebben we overgegoten in de Quarter Casks. Daarna volgen er nog verscheidene rijpingsperioden in onze meest prestigieuze kelder.

Om de authenticiteit van deze whisky te bewaren, filteren we hem zoals in de "goede oude tijd" en bottelen we hem op een hoger alcoholgehalte.
