De Thelema Mountain White 2022 komt uit de bekende regio Stellenbosch in Zuid-Afrika, een gebied dat bekendstaat om zijn topwijnen. De Thelema Mountain White 2022 bestaat voor 90% uit Sauvignon Blanc en voor 10% uit Viognier, wat de wijn een frisse en levendige smaak geeft. De druiven worden zorgvuldig geselecteerd en zacht geperst, waarna de wijn kort op roestvrijstalen tanks wordt gerijpt om het fruit en de zuiverheid volledig te behouden.

De geur van de Thelema Mountain White 2022 is heerlijk fris, met heldere citrusaroma's en een vleugje bloemen. In de mond biedt deze witte wijn een verfrissende en elegante smaak, met tropische fruittonen en een levendige zuurgraad die de wijn perfect in balans houdt. Het is een wijn die zowel krachtig als subtiel is, ideaal voor een zomerse borrel of een lichte maaltijd. Deze wijn gaat fantastisch samen met gerechten zoals gegrilde vis, sushi, of een frisse salade.

Wijnhuis Thelema
Thelema Mountain Vineyards is een familiebedrijf gelegen op de top van de Helshoogte Pass in Stellenbosch, Zuid-Afrika. Opgericht in 1983 door Gyles Webb, transformeerde het van een oude fruitboerderij tot een toonaangevend wijnhuis. De wijngaarden liggen op hoogtes tot 530 meter, wat zorgt voor een koel klimaat en ideale omstandigheden voor druiventeelt. In januari 2023 bracht Verboon Wines een bezoek aan dit bijzondere wijnhuis en werd onder de indruk van de passie en toewijding die hier heersen.
