Affinato in barriques e tonneaux, dopo una macerazione di 7/10 giorni, "Karamare" è un vino di carattere, in cui spicca la vena sapida e il legame con il territorio natio.
Ottimo in abbinamento al pesce, si accompagna molto bene ai crostacei.
