Ingredienten

Gebruik
Voeg 4 afgestreken maatschepjes (100g) toe aan 400ml water of magere melk. Gebruik voor het beste resultaat een blender. Gebruik 1 dosering tussen de hoofdmaaltijden in. Twee doseringen kunnen indien nodig worden gebruikt op trainingsdagen. Als u het inneemt met magere melk dan heeft u extra 16g eiwitten plus 170 calorieën. Eenmaal gemixt dient u het koel te bewaren en binnen 3 uur te gebruiken. Gebruik als hier beschreven tenzij anders wordt geadviseerd door uw therapeut of apotheker. Opbouw mag er spierweefsel. Elk intensief trainingsprogramma zal uw caloriebehoefte verhogen en één dosering Weight Gainer levert al een significantie bijdrage voor uw dagelijkse inname. Eenmaal op uw streefgewicht of als de eerste tekenen aanwezig zijn van vetafname probeer dan over te schakelen naar Lamberts Whey Protein.
Niet gebruiken tijdens zwangerschap of bij het geven van borstvoeding. Droog en bij kamertemperatuur bewaren.

Good but confusing instructions
It is very glowy. After spraying this on my husband commented on why I was sweating so much 😹 I told him it’s my face mist spf. I have very dry and very sensitive skin and this has not broken me out (yet). I’ve used it for about a week now. I don’t know how much sun protection I’m really getting though. And reapplying it all through out the day, esp in the summer will lead to very very oily looking skin.
It’s also confusing because it says do not spray directly onto face. (?) I just hold my breath and close my eyes tightly before I put my mascara on and spray this. So far it’s been helpful with not making my make up look cakey. There is a smell but it’s not a bad smell, slightly fruity and the smell of spf. If you are sensitive to smells this might not be for you.
