Het is niet verrassend dat zijn wijnen deze wijnbereidingsstijl volgen als die van zijn vrouw. Hij maakt precies deze ene cuvee, en een weelderige en rijpe stijl ros. 2018 is de huidige vintage en hoewel hij nu prachtig drinkt, kan hij gemakkelijk nog een decennium rijpen en zich ontwikkelen.

Beschrijving: Rijp rood en oranje fruit, vol, veel smaak, fijne zuren, sherry tonen en peper.

Lekker bij: Een rosé waarbij gegeten moet worden. Bij zowel koude als warme gerechten. Bijvoorbeeld bij steak tartaar of gegrilde vis.

Leuk weetje: De wijn wordt duurzaam gekweekt, van 30+ jaar oude bush-wijnstokken, gefermenteerd en gerijpt op Frans eikenhout.
