Quelli che ne derivano, in particolare quando vinificati in acciaio come il Vermentino di Sardegna DOC "Giunco" di Mesa, sono vini di grande freschezza e mineralità, caratterizzati da un chiaro richiamo marino, perfetti compagni della tavola. Vini dissetanti ed eleganti, assolutamente da non mancare.
Zuppa di cozze e vongole, spaghetti allo scoglio, frittura di paranza: il Vermentino Giunco 2025 di Cantina Mesa è il bianco estivo per la cucina di mare. Come aperitivo con bottarga di muggine.

Looks great but not that sturdy
