Gatefold cover with 44-page black and white booklet stapled inside the sleeve. "Limited Edition 2675 216" sticker on front cover, referring to the box set (1521292), inside which this reissue was also included. Most likely released between 1978 and 1985 (see the profile page of [l339260). How to identify this edition: - "Printed in West Germany by Gerhard Kaiser GmbH, Essen" (inside gatefold, right-hand side) (see images) - "Made in Germany" on all sides on the labels - English rim text on the labels - Pressed by and lacquer cut at [l339260 ("PRS Hannover" colourless stamp on the back cover and "320" in the runouts) Similar German edition: [r=22138075 printed by [l264210 but cut at [l391209 (yet no proof of the lacquer cutting studio). There are also editions printed by [l266187: [r=6176509, [r=27165990 and [r=27006594, and editions printed by [l438399: [r=5964921, [r=862660, [r=15352708, [r=13574012 and [r=25357093.
