In bocca, il sorso è diritto, concentrato, rigoroso. I tannini sono ben visibili e altrettanto amalgamati. Il corpo è pieno e sorretto da una buona freschezza e mineralità.Questo Pinot Nero proviene da vigneti di circa 4 ettari della zona di Prepotto, in Friuli Venezia Giulia, al confine con la Slovenia. I terreni sono condotti secondo dei principi non interventisti e le vinificazioni avvengono con criteri naturali. L'affinamento del Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC Pinot Nero de Le Due Terre è effettuato per 22 mesi in barriques.
Il Pinot Nero di questa cantina si accosta bene a secondi di carne rossa e selvaggina, come filetto di cervo affumicato o un controfiletto di manzo alla senape.

There's not a lot of pictures or reviews on this rings so I had to post one. When I got this ring it took my breath away. The pink is so spectacular with a rich and deep color that I had to order the bracelet to go with it. It is very simple but could be paired with thin diamond bands. I like it alone so it stands out. It makes me so happy to wear it.
