Hoe werkt pendelen?

Een pendel geeft antwoord op ja- en nee-vragen. Hij doet dit door te reageren op je onderbewustzijn. De pendel reageert bijvoorbeeld op de meest minuscule zenuwreacties in je vingers, die je bewustzijn normaliter negeert. Je houdt je pendel vast tussen wijsvinger en duim en laat hem zo stil mogelijk vrij hangen. Er moet ruim 3-5 cm. vrij kunnen bewegen. Je formuleert de vraag en denkt eerst aan het antwoord ‘ja’, en daarna aan het antwoord ‘nee’. De pendel moet consistent bewegen op het ware antwoord.
