Ingrediënten: Druivensap van Müller-Thurgau, Kerner en Portugieser, appel- en perensap en kruiden. De oude appel- en mostperenrassen zijn afkomstig uit de karakteristieke boomgaarden langs het vogelreservaat aan de voet van de Schwäbische Alb, met de hand geplukt, gerijpt en zorgvuldig verwerkt in de Manufaktur Geiger.
