Giallo paglierino locchio, con leggeri riflessi verdolini. Al naso arrivano sentori di frutta tropicale e sfumature agrumate, che sono impreziosite da leggeri ricordi di erbe aromatiche. Morbido ed equilibrato al palato, è moderatamente caldo e sorretto da una bella armonia tra freschezza e salinità.Da unaccurata selezione delle uve nasce questo Isola dei Nuraghi Bianco IGT Samas, prodotto dallAgricola Punica. Vinificato eseguendo la tecnica della criomacerazione, fermenta in acciaio, dove successivamente riposa per almeno due mesi e mezzo. Dopo la composizione del blend, si completa con altri tre mesi e mezzo di maturazione in vasche di cemento. Non viene chiarificato né trattato: racchiude lessenza delle terre del Sulcis.
Perfetto per accompagnare la cucina a base di pesce, è ideale da sorseggiare con le linguine allo scoglio.

Thick plates

I’ve been trying to find thick paper plates that I purchased on Amazon years ago.this is the closest I’ve found, but still not as thick. They hold up well with the ability to put a lot of food on the plate. We don’t put much wet food on it, but I think it would do well.
