Fasecontrolerelais FKV-11 | TENSE

Het FKV-11 fasestuurrelais is ontworpen om driefasige apparatuur te beschermen tegen belangrijke storingen in het elektriciteitsnet - met name fasevervorming (faseomkering), fase-uitval en fase-asymmetrie. Het relais zorgt voor een betrouwbare werking van elektromotoren, pompen, compressoren en andere driefasige apparatuur.

Het model heeft een vaste asymmetrie van 30% en is ontworpen voor installatie op een enkele DIN-rail.

Hoe het FKV-11 relais werkt (werkingsalgoritme)

Normale werking

  • Alle drie fasespanningen zijn aanwezig.

  • De fasen zijn in de juiste volgorde aangesloten.

  • Spanning is binnen het toegestane bereik.

  • Contacten 2-3 zijn geschakeld, LED OUT → uitgang actief.

Asymmetrie of spanningsafwijking

  • Als de spanning van één fase met meer dan 30% verandert, of als de som van de multidirectionele waardeveranderingen deze limiet overschrijdt:

    • gaat de ASM-LED (asymmetrie-indicatie) branden,

    • contacten 2-3 worden losgekoppeld,

    • contacten 1-2 worden ingeschakeld,

    • LED OUT gaat uit.

Terugkeren naar normaal

  • Als de spanning terugkeert naar het toegestane bereik,

  • zal het relais de uitgang opnieuw activeren en zullen de contacten terugschakelen naar 2-3 gesloten.

Although this has nothing to do with the product, it arrived a day later than previously stated. Making me have to create a makeshift room divider the day it was actually needed. When the product arrived it arrived in a box that showed no evidence of damage. Once opened, divider was found inside a plastic cover. Great protector for dust or scratching. The divider was fully assembled so there was nothing for me to do but remove it from packaging and use it where needed. After further inspection the divider was not only cheap and flimsy looking it was absolutely unstable. It would wobble and appears to have been assembled in a rush making some panels crooked. I noted significant damage to the bottom portion of some of the panels both front and back. It does not feel like an item worth the price. The color is as advertised and the product had no smell. The sizing was accurate.
