In deze serie van drie borden uit de Schiffmacher Royal Blue Tattoo serie staat de waterdraak centraal. De waterdraak wordt gezien als flexibel en geassocieerd met intuïtie en gevoeligheid. Ze hebben erg veel begrip voor diepe emoties en kunnen zich makkelijk aanpassen in sociale situaties én volgens tattookunstenaar Henk Schiffmacher "het meest belangrijke astrologische symbool wat er is”.

Ten ere van het jaar van de Draak in 2024, lanceert Royal Delft met Henk Schiffmacher de Dragon Plates. Bestaande uit drie draken: de Water Dragon (Ø 40 cm.), de Tribal Dragon en de Blue Dragon (Ø 28 cm.) Het Chinese sterrenbeeld draak hoort bij mensen die geboren zijn in 1940, 1952, 1964, 1988, 2000 of 2012. De draak wordt gezien als een krachtig en charismatisch wezen en heeft de eigenschappen trots, levendigheid, enthousiasme, onweerstaanbaarheid, geestdrift, succes, extraversie, inspiratie en wordt bijzonder geliefd. In de Chinese astrologie heb je ook verschillende elementen. Op de borden zie je de draak samen met het element water afgebeeld.

Inkt verbindt. Schiffmachers Royal Blue Tattoo serie is een respectvolle ode aan Delfts Blauw en de kunst van het tatoeëren. Een unieke samenwerking sinds 2019 tussen twee traditionele ambachten uit de oude wereld. Hierheen gebracht vanuit het oosten. Rijk aan cultuur, traditie en symboliek. Kunstvormen die eenmalig handmatig worden aangebracht. Met een naald in de huid of met een penseel op aardewerk. Getekend door Henk Schiffmacher, gemaakt door Royal Delft.

Disclaimer: vine review of an item I requested free* These are nothing fancy, about on par with the $20 Walmart paddles I've used. A bit heavy and not a whole lot of pop to them. Pretty smooth texture, but you can still get decent spin on the ball. This comes with extra grips and 2 indoor and 2 outdoor balls and a nice carrying case. The balls are nothing special either, but if you're looking for paddles at this price point you won't be finding fault with these balls either. A good buy for beginners or anyone not wanting to get too seriously into pickleball. Honestly most everything at this price point probably comes from the same factory with different paint on top anyways.

Complete starter set—perfect for casual play or guest use
