Na een pneumatische persing wordt de alcohol gefermenteerd bij lage temperatuur in roestvrijstalen vaten en laat men de wijn rijpen op de lie tot deze is geklaard. Daarna wordt de wijn gefilterd en gebotteld wordt.
Hoge intensiteit, elegant, fris en complex. De wijn heeft een uitgesproken fruitige toon die het bereik van wit fruit (peer, perzik), citrus en passievrucht overspant. Hints van venkel en garrigue met een basis van balsamico en anijs.
