Deze nieuwe ontwikkelde formule kenmerkt zich met een extreem hoge slijtvastheid en duurzaamheid, makkelijke verwerking en diepe matte uitstraling, glansgraad 5. De 2K betonlook lak is zeer geschikt voor projectmatig gebruik en zwaar belaste oppervlakken zoals residenties en publieke gebouwen waaronder verzorgingshuizen, kantoren en behandelingspraktijken etc. Gebruik als 1e laag de Blue Dolphin Eco Concrete Primer . Breng daarna 2 lagen aflak BD Eco Concrete Seal 2K aan.

De speciale betonlook formule uitermate geschikt voor de volgende toepassing:

    • in ruimtes waar wordt gewassen en schimmel niet gewenst is
    • op plaatsen waar desinfectiemiddelen worden toegepast van schoonmaakmiddel D (algemeen ontsmettingsmiddel)
    • omgevingen waar gereinigd wordt met schoonmaakmiddel A (chloor), schoonmaakmiddel B (alkalisch) en wasmiddel C (zuur ontkalker)
    • in hele koude ruimtes
    • op plekken waar de luchtvochtigheid > 80% is

VERWERKING


1. Het te behandelen oppervlak dient schoon, vrij van vetten en waxen, stofvrij en droog te zijn. Gebruikte vloeren vooraf goed reinigen en ontvetten!
2. Breng als 1e laklaag de Eco Concrete Primer aan. Verwerk deze grondlak volgens de verwerkingsvoorschriften en laat 2-3 uur drogen.
3. Vervolgens dient de vloer afgelakt te worden voor bescherming. Roer de lak goed door en meng component A en B zorgvuldig. Verdun het mengsel met 10% water, roer opnieuw goed door en laat daarna enkele minuten rusten. Gebruik voor verwerking de BD microvezelroller 9mm.
4. Breng de 2e laklaag d.m.v. de BD Eco Concrete Seal 2K HD royaal aan, rol goed nat in nat door en zorg voor een egale uitstraling als resultaat.
5. Na 3-4 uur droging, kunt u de 3e laklaag aanbrengen. Indien de 3e laklaag na 12 uur wordt aangebracht moet de vloer (2e laag lak) licht gepolijst worden met schuurgaas korrel 320 voor een betere hechting. Vervolgens het oppervlak stofvrij maken en op dezelfde wijze de 3e en laatste laklaag aanbrengen.

Na 12 uur kan het behandelde oppervlak licht belast worden. Deze is volledig uitgehard en zwaar belastbaar na ca. 10 dagen. Verwerking, verbruik, droging en belasting zijn zeer afhankelijk van factoren zoals ventilatie, luchtvochtigheid, temperatuur etc.

Light, organized, security concern about strap

I used this passport holder on a recent multi passport trip and overall it does what it claims without feeling bulky. The nylon material is lightweight but reasonably sturdy and holds its shape well in a backpack or day bag. It does not feel flimsy, and still looks new with the stitching and zippers holding up well Organization is the strong point. On one side I was able to fit three passports comfortably, though the pockets are not a uniform depth. The pockets are loose enough you can also double up if needed. A fourth passport fits on the opposite side along with several credit cards. There are zippered pouches inside and outside useful for cash and a phone, plus open access pockets that work well for boarding passes or documents you need to grab quickly. There is also a small storage area above the credit card slots that turned out to be useful, though listed for SSD storage, I stored a couple of CR2032 batteries there for Bluetooth trackers. The RFID blocking is a basic but expected feature and worked as intended. Nothing about the layout forces cards or passports to bend, which I appreciate since I tend to keep this packed while moving through airports. The shoulder strap is my main criticism. It is thin and functional but could be cut fairly easily. I would prefer to see embedded wire or a more reinforced strap for better security in crowded areas. The handle is fine for short carries, but the strap is what you rely on most of the time. The included Bluetooth tracker works well enough for proximity alerts, but it is not compatible with Apple Find My. I ended up removing it and using an AirTag instead, which fit without issue and gave better ecosystem integration for me. Overall, this is a practical, lightweight travel organizer that handles multiple passports and documents well. The layout is thoughtful and flexible, and the build quality matches the price point. The strap and tracker limitations are worth noting, but the core function as a family passport holder is solid.
