Veel klassieke muziek, zoals van Bach en Brahms, is oorspronkelijk gecomponeerd met de standaardstemming A4 op 432 Hz. Klankschalen die gestemd zijn op 432 Hz ervaren mensen vaak als prettig in het gehoor. Ze resoneren op een harmonieuze wijze met jouw hele wezen en de planeet om je heen. Deze natuurlijke resonantie draagt bij aan een gevoel van rust en verbondenheid. Elke schaal die je hier vindt is nieuw en van de allerhoogste kwaliteit. Ze zijn gemaakt van puur kwartszand, dat wordt verhit tot zo’n 4000 graden. Door deze enorme hitte smelten de kwartsdeeltjes samen en wordt de massa in speciale mallen gegoten. Daarna worden de schalen zorgvuldig in de juiste toonsoort geslepen. De grootte en dikte van de schaal bepalen de toonhoogte: een kleine, dunne schaal klinkt hoger, terwijl een grotere en dikker schaal een diepere toon geeft. Over het algemeen zorgen hoge tonen voor een verfrissende en reinigende ervaring. Diepere tonen nodigen meer uit tot ontspanning en aarding. Iedereen reageert anders op klank, dus laat jezelf de vrijheid voelen om te ontdekken welke toon jou het meest raakt.

We adviseren om verschillende kloppers erbij te gebruiken—bekleed met rubber, leer, vilt of wol. Let op: kale houten kloppers kun je beter vermijden, want deze zijn te hard voor de kwetsbare kristallen schalen. Elke klopper geeft een eigen klankkleur. Zo leer je spelenderwijs hoe jouw klankschaal het mooist tot haar recht komt. De toonhoogte van een klankschaal kan iets variëren, afhankelijk van grootte, gewicht en productiemethode. Soms zijn schalen van één formaat in meerdere tonen verkrijgbaar, afgestemd op wat het beste bij de schaal past. Klankschalen van dezelfde grootte kunnen dus ook per stuk verschillen in toon.

Wanneer je meerdere kristallen klankschalen tegelijk bespeelt, kunnen er prachtige harmonieuze klanken ontstaan. Deze klanken lijken als een zachte golf om je heen te bewegen en stimuleren een harmonieuze trilling in je lichaam. Dit draagt bij aan een gevoel van balans en kalmte. Gebruik je klankschaal altijd met een warme intentie; dan wordt het geluid een verlengstuk van jouw aandacht en gewenst ritueel moment.

Misschien wil je een klankschaal kiezen die correspondeert met een specifiek energiecentrum in het lichaam. Kleinere schalen geven een hogere toon en sluiten aan bij de hogere chakra’s. Grotere schalen hebben diepere tonen en zijn verbonden met de lagere chakra’s. Verschillende systemen onderscheiden de zeven chakra’s als volgt: Eén – aarding en jezelf stevig neerzetten; twee – creatie en seksualiteit; drie – zelfwaardering en voorspoed; vier – liefde en algehele gezondheid; vijf – communicatie en creativiteit; zes – intuïtie en mentale processen; zeven – verbinding met het hogere zelf en spiritualiteit. De klanken van de schalen nodigen uit tot ontspanning en innerlijke rust. Dit kan je ondersteunen als onderdeel van een ritueel, waarbij je bijvoorbeeld meezingt of visualiseert wat je wilt ervaren. Je gedachten vormen namelijk ook energie. Door bewust te kiezen voor een positieve intentie, kan de klank van de schaal harmoniseren met je innerlijke stemming. Zo ontstaat een zachte samenwerking tussen lichaam en geest, waarin woorden en tonen samen een warme beweging maken.
Voor een fijne ervaring kun je vooraf even de tijd nemen om jezelf te laten zakken in rust. Een simpele ademhalingsoefening kan helpen. Adem rustig in terwijl je tot vier telt. Houd ontspannen je adem vast, zonder spanning, en adem daarna langzaam uit in acht tellen. Herhaal dit een paar minuten om je hoofd te verhelderen en onnodige spanning los te laten. Stel jezelf voor dat jij en de klankschaal omringd zijn door helder wit licht, dat ook van binnenuit stroomt. Je kunt hier eventueel een zachte kleur aan toevoegen die past bij de toon van de schaal, maar puur wit licht is net zo mooi. Een eigen affirmatie, stilletjes herhaald, kan helpen om jouw aandacht nog bewuster te richten. Gebruik affirmaties altijd in het heden en zonder ontkenningen, bijvoorbeeld: ‘Mijn hoofd is nu helder en kalm’.
Als je de klok mee met je klopper langs de rand van de schaal strijkt, ontstaat een lange, heldere toon. Je mag hierbij vertrouwen op jouw gevoel. Het is fijn om zachtjes en met aandacht te spelen. Vermijd harde slagen of het plaatsen van het hoofd in de schaal tijdens het bespelen. Heb je meerdere klankschalen, zet ze dan minimaal 30 centimeter uit elkaar. Zo voorkom je dat trillingen elkaar verstoren of schade veroorzaken. Werk je met andere mensen, vraag dan altijd of zij metalen implantaten of sieraden dragen. Bij aanwezigheid van metaal kan het spelen van klankschalen onaangename sensaties geven. Laat ook jouw intentie altijd rustig en liefdevol zijn, zo wordt de ervaring van de klankschaal een mooi moment van verstilling en aandacht.

This guys are just an eye wash, they do not cover anything but will charge you. I bought Hand Blender and it broke in couple of months and I took 3 year protection from Asurion. When I contacted them about the issue, they said it is not started, go to manufacturer. I reached out to Amazon and they replaced it for me. Now again it broke. I reached out to asurion again. Now they say it is not contract. what is the point of having protection. Waste of time and money. I will not recommend this to anyone. This is a fraud protection.

Don't waste your money - these people will not help you
On March 9th 2024, I purchased a MCombo Lift Chair costing $785. On the same day, through the same Amazon account (my PERSONAL account since I also have a business account), I purchased an Asurion Complete Protect policy at the cost of $16.99 per month plus taxes. About one month ago, a problem arose with the chair that required me to make a claim using the "Complete Protect" policy that I had purchased for that very item. The claim was initiated on January 1st, 2025 - On January 3rd, I received an email asking me for photographs showing the damage for which I was making a claim. I sent those photographs via email to the address provided on January 6th. On January 27th, having not received ANY response from Asurion, I contacted them via phone and was told that my purchase had been made with a business account, that it was being used for business purposes, and was therefore not covered. I assured the Asurion Representative that it was most certainly not a business use, and that the chair that I was claiming for had been purchased because I had extensive shoulder surgery done that made it impossible to get in and out of bed. After speaking (unsuccessfully) with the Asurion Rep, I then contacted Amazon Customer Service. I spoke with an Amazon Customer Service Representative on the phone who confirmed that I had in fact used my personal account to purchase the chair and the Asurion Complete Protect policy. That representative went on to send a message to Asurion on my behalf confirming that the purchase was for personal use and not business use. Asurion responded, asking me to call them with the order number for the Asurion purchase. The number I gave was the exact same order number on my order history, however, the Asurion Rep could not find it. I was finally able to discover that the order number in Asurion's system was entirely different and isn't even in the same format as an Amazon order number. Upon the Asurion representative finding my plan, she informed me that the chair was listed as being purchased for business use (despite Amazon confirming that it was NOT) but that I should give them "a couple of business days" to resolve the issue. Five business days later, still no response and so I called them again (Yesterday - February 1st 2025)... Lo and behold, I got the same crap yet again... the purchase was listed as business use and was therefore being denied, but she promised to remove the business use commentary and put the claim through again. Today, February 2nd, I called Amazon yet again to escalate and had to call THREE times because the first two calls resulted in me finally being connected to an Asurion representative (two different reps) and each time, the Asurion representative hung up the phone as soon as my name was mentioned. It has become clear to me that the Asurion "Complete Protect" policy is a SCAM - they will NOT take care of your issue, regardless of how long you've been paying. I have been paying every month since March 9th last year - so they've received over $170 from me thus far, with zero other claims, and if I am able to cancel right now, I will only receive $16.99 back. All I want, is the chair that I purchased the policy for coverage of, to be repaired or replaced. Asurion are NOT helping, and are actively avoiding contact. At this point, I am considering legal action against Asurion for fraud - perhaps even a Class Action. I'll wait and see if my issue gets resolved within the next 10 days or so.
