Alleen gesinterde metalen remblokken kunnen voldoen aan de behoeften van de meest veeleisende rijder:

Deze worden vervaardigd met tot 10 edele metalen (zoals brons, ijzer, koper ...) naast andere verbindingen zoals grafiet (afgeleid van koolstof), of zelfs keramiek. Ze zijn echter nikkelvrij omdat dit een gevaarlijk materiaal voor de gezondheid is.

Elk van deze componenten speelt een essentiële rol in de wrijving van de blok met de schijf, waarbij tact wordt geboden, geluid wordt vermeden en de effectiviteit wordt verbeterd. De tablet wordt rectified, gecontroleerd en verpakt onder zorgvuldige processen en ISO kwaliteitsnormen.
