Split topper hoeslaken

Een split hoeslaken is bedoeld voor bedden met matrassen van normale dikte die onderling versteld kunnen worden wegens verschillende slaap- of zitvoorkeuren. In het midden van het hoeslaken zit bovenin een split waardoor de matrasdelen makkelijk kunnen wisselen van hoogte.
