De isotone spordrink vult zowel de elektrolyten aan als koolhydraten. De verhouding is 70g op 1 liter water/of 35g in een bidons van 500ml bevat ca 8 g koolhydraten per 100ml en vrijwel dezelfde osmotische druk als het lichaamsvocht. Ideaal voor duursporters die voor een langdurige intensieve inspanning gaan. Hypotonic Sportdrink: het Hypotonic spordrink-woord gebruikt als een dorstlesser en vult vooral de elektrolyten aan. De verhouding is 20g op 1 liter water of ca 10g in een bidon van 500ml bevat minder dan 4 g koolhydraten per 100 ml. GEBRUIKSADVIES Gebruik als isotone sportdrank 1. Doseringsadvies: los 1 maatschep poeder (ca. 35 g) op in een bidons met 500ml water (of 1,5maatschep 50g in een bidon met 750ml water) 2. Gebruiksadvies: verdeel het drinken van de Isotonic Sportdrink tijdens het opwarmen (ideaal is het drinken van 200 tot 300ml) over een periode van 1 uur voor aanvang tot vlak voor de inspanning/wedstrijd. Tijdens de inspanning/wedstrijd wanneer mogelijk ieder halfuur ca. 300ml van de Isotone Sportdrank. Gebruik als Hypotonic sportdrink 1. Doseringsadvies: los een halfvolle maatschep poeder (ca. 20g) op in een bidon met 500ml (of een bijna volle maatschep ca. 30g in een bidon met 750ml water) 2. Gebruiksadvies: voor en tijdens training/wedstrijden naar eigen behoefte. Richtlijn drink 500ml (1 bidon) tot ca. 1 liter verdeeld over 60 minuten, hoeveelheid is afhankelijk van de temperatuur en mate van inspaning.
