Er zijn weinig gebieden waar het terroir zo veelzijdig is als in de Loire. Hiervan profiteert De Ladoucette Pouilly Fume van. Een fantastische wijn is het resultaat. Elk terroir proef je terug in deze Franse wijn. De kalkbodem maakt hem stuivend, de silex geeft complexiteit, de klei geeft deze Pouilly-Fume zijn body en kiezelbodem geeft hem zijn pittigheid. De Ladoucette Pouilly Fumé ondergaat een zorgvuldig vinificatieproces om de unieke eigenschappen van de druiven en terroir tot uiting te brengen. De druiven worden met de hand geoogst van de belangrijkste vier terroirs in het gebied, waarbij de oogst van elk perceel apart wordt behandeld. Na de oogst worden de druiven zorgvuldig geperst en ondergaat het sap een gecontroleerde gisting in roestvrijstalen tanks. Wat de Ladoucette Pouilly Fumé zo bijzonder maakt, is het rijpingsproces op de lie. Na de rustperiode worden de wijnen van de verschillende percelen samengevoegd. Great resource for new or seasoned STR owners

This book is a must read for new STR business owners but seasoned owners can glean insights as well.
It covers many facets of owning and managing a short term rental that you should be aware of.
Of particular value are the pitfalls to avoid that I see many hosts make. The book also covers many of the management tools and strategies that are necessary to be a successful business owner, and to make it easier in the process. I believe anyone that reads this book will learn something new.

Short term rental starting point
Format: Kindle
Very concise explanation of what you would need to know to determine if you would want to “enter the game” and then help to do the next steps. Many people especially when interest rates were low thought STR would be an easy way to have passive income and long term investment BUT understanding the “game “ is crucial to making good decisions. This book can aide in those situations.
