Een beter element is voor meer dan 95% een betere naald. Voor dit Shure V15/MKII element zijn naast een standaard sferische “Swiss-made” naald, (Met een in model geperste diamant-tip) ook een hele rij betere én zo goed als originele naalden leverbaar, die meer recht doen aan dit uitstekende element. Deze worden geproduceerd door de Japanse top-fabrikant Jico. (De tegenwoordige thuisbasis van de ingenieur die in de laatste 12 "Shure Brothers-jaren", verantwoordelijk was voor de productie) We hebben de volgende naalden voor het V15/MKII element: 

  • De "Swiss-made" standaard sferische diamantnaald, artikelnummer 400567
  • De Jico-made elliptisch geslepen “naked Diamond” naald, kwalitatief vergelijkbaar met de originele Shure VN15E naald, artikelnummer 477063
  • De Jico-made Shibata geslepen topnaald, artikelnummer 420567
  • De Jico-made SAS geslepen "naked diamond" topnaald op boron cantilever, Artikelnummer 426527
  • De SAS geslepen "naked diamond" topnaald op saffieren cantilever, Artikelnummer 426416 
  • En tenslotte is er ook nog een speciale 3mil/78rpm naald voor dit element, Artikelnummer 430567
